Fourteen materials and what they mean in a hotel
A material tells purchasing how an item feels, how it is cared for and how it is stored. The table names every material in our catalogue for room, bathroom and spa, where it is used and what is worth knowing about it.

Plastic named as such: PLA, PP and EVA are plastics, even though PLA is made from corn starch. That is stated on the items where they are used.
How the items reach the room
Almost every guest item is packed individually so that it reaches the room untouched. Which wrapper it is depends on the product group, and it is stated on the item.
Individually packed
The room models of the slippers lie in a paper bag with inner film, the spa models carry a paper band, a plastic loop pin or a kraft paper tape. Amenities come in a paper sachet or in a PLA bag. Swimming cap, shower cap and the other classics come individually in film.
In the case
Orders are placed in full cases, the number of pieces is stated on the item. Housekeeping takes inner packs or layers out for the trolley, the case stays in the store and is the unit for ordering and restocking.
With logo
Paper sachet, paper bag and paper band take a one-colour print: the hotel's logo, lettering or pictogram. The minimum quantity is stated per item under personalisation.
Cosmetics in the dispenser
