How ordering and delivery work
Every item carries its carton price and its minimum quantity, and the stock shown is the real warehouse stock in real time, not an estimate and not a promise on suspicion. From two cartons we deliver carriage free. What is not in stock states its delivery date on the item page.
With your logo
A large part of the range can be personalised from the respective minimum quantity, from the slipper through the cosmetics to the guest folder. The logo is produced along with the item and not applied afterwards, so the production timeline decides and not the warehouse. Send us your artwork and we check it before the order.
Frequently asked questions
What does shipping cost, and from when is it free?
From two cartons we deliver carriage free. A single carton costs 50 euros freight. There is nothing more to know about it.
What if I need less than the minimum quantity?
Ask anyway. The shop blocks the order below the minimum quantity automatically, but that is not the last word. Write to us through the contact form or by email, we ask the production side whether the smaller quantity can be scheduled. It often works.
Can you store goods for us?
Yes, for a fee. It pays off if you take a large quantity at the better price but do not have room for all of it at once. Tell us the quantity and the period you want, then we name the cost.
