Terms of shipment
From 2 cartons, shipping within the EU as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein and Norway is free of charge – with the exception of the territories listed below.
Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein – Delivery is made CPT named place of destination, Incoterms® 2020. Transport costs are as set out in the scale above; risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. Customs clearance, customs duties, import charges and taxes are borne by the consignee.
Malta and Cyprus – Carriers apply island surcharges for these destinations. Both countries are part of the EU customs and tax territory; no customs formalities apply. Please request a quotation for the transport costs.
For the Azores, Madeira, Andorra, Jersey, Guernsey, San Marino, the Canary Islands and any other territories with a differing customs or tax status, please request a quotation. Delivery is made CPT named place of destination, Incoterms® 2020, or, on request, EXW Ismaning, Incoterms® 2020.

After receipt of the goods, you pay with a bank transfer within 14 days.

The payment is debited simply and securely through your account.

PayPal offers you simple, fast and secure payment over the Internet - free of charge.
Credit card
We gladly accept payment through your VISA or MasterCard credit card.
You can pay by invoice, PayPal, credit card or immediate bank transfer. We do not offer discount deductions. We reserve the right to offer you only certain types of payment for the desired delivery, for example, to cover credit risks, we offer only such payment terms which correspond to the respective creditworthiness.
