The room in one hand:
which item belongs where
A guest does not recognise a material data sheet, but they recognise whether desk pad, tray and waste bin belong together. This guide assigns the eighteen items in PU leather to the five places in the room, names the sizes that count for the space on the furniture and shows which items a standard room gets and which only the suite.
Desk, service, technology, bathroom, wardrobe
The line is thought in places, not in article numbers. Those who know the place know which item they need.
Desk
- Desk pad 47 x 37 cm with magnetic flap, or square 38 x 38 cm
- Writing folder 32 x 25 cm for stationery and pen
- Stationery box 15 x 35 x 4 cm for envelopes and cards
- The pad sets the size, the rest falls into line
Service and information
- Guest folder 35 x 25 cm, menu holder 32 x 23 cm
- Bill folder 13.8 x 24 cm for the bill
- Brochure holder 35 cm for cards and flyers
- Everything the guest is meant to read
Technology and storage
- TV remote folder 12 x 24.5 x 4.5 cm with window for the channel list
- Remote control holder 8 x 13 x 4 cm
- Tray with drawer 20 x 30 x 5 cm, tray with cut-outs 11 x 38 x 2.5 cm
- For television, minibar and coffee station
The items that do not stand on the desk
Two places where the line is often forgotten, although the guest looks there longest.
Bathroom
The tissue box, rectangular 25 x 13.5 x 8.5 cm or square 13.5 x 13.5 x 8.5 cm, with magnetic side flap for refilling. The coaster of Ø 10 cm under the water glass, the waste bin of 9 litres with an iron inner container under the vanity. The square box fits narrow shelves, the rectangular one the vanity.
Wardrobe
The wooden shoehorn of 38 cm with PU leather handle hangs on the wardrobe door, the wooden clothes brush of 37.5 cm beside it. Both come in inner packs of 50, the shoehorn 100 and the brush 80 per case.
What case by case means
The line is packed in small cases: waste bin and brochure holder in tens, stationery box and tray with drawer in twenties, guest folder in thirties. A house with 40 rooms therefore orders four cases of waste bins and two cases of guest folders, not forty pieces.

A word on the waste bin: The iron inner container is the reason the bin may go into the bathroom: it does not burn and can be washed out. The PU leather shell stays dry when the container is taken out.
What the standard room gets and what the suite
Not every room needs eighteen items. Six in the standard room, twelve in the suite, the steps in between.
Standard room: six items
Desk pad, guest folder, TV remote folder, tissue box, coaster, waste bin. That puts desk, television and bathroom in one hand, and the guest sees the line at every place they spend time.
Superior: nine items
Plus writing folder, menu holder and tray with cut-outs for glasses and bottle at the minibar. The menu holder replaces the loose sheet on the table, the tray keeps the coffee station together.
Suite: twelve items and more
Plus stationery box, tray with drawer, brochure holder, bill folder, shoehorn and clothes brush. In the suite it counts that the wardrobe and the shelf by the window show the same surface too.
| Item | Standard | Superior | Suite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Desk pad, guest folder, TV folder | yes | yes | yes |
| Tissue box, coaster, waste bin | yes | yes | yes |
| Writing folder, menu holder, tray with cut-outs | yes | yes | |

The order when changing over
Those who introduce the line step by step begin with the three items every guest touches: guest folder, TV remote folder, tissue box. Then desk, then bathroom, wardrobe last. So no room looks half changed.
All eighteen items with picture, size and pieces per case are on the page Premium accessories in PU leather.
