Why a sample pack before the order
Three things are better decided with the item in your hand than with a photo on the screen.
You check the goods, not the description
- Weight, sole, closure and print are things you see on the sample, not in the data sheet.
- Your housekeeping picks the item up before it lies in a hundred rooms.
- Whatever does not fit is out before it costs money.
You compare in your own bathroom
- A towel looks different in the show room than in the catalogue.
- The dispenser hangs on your wall, next to your tiles, in your light.
- That is the test your guest will make later as well.
You order without leftovers
- After the sample you know which size, which weight and which version your hotel needs.
- The order then goes through in one go, with no correction and no return.
- And if nothing fits, it stays at one parcel.
How the sampling works
Four steps, and none of them takes more than a few minutes of your time.
Request
You tell us the number of rooms, the items you want and the delivery address. Through the form, by e-mail or by phone.
Selection
We put the pack together from our warehouse. Where two versions come into question, we put both in so that you can compare.
Dispatch
The pack goes by UPS from our warehouse in Germany to the address you gave us.
Your decision
You check it at your own pace. If it fits, you receive a quote with quantities and terms for your hotel. If not, it was a parcel.

Your logo on the sample: Personalised samples are made to your artwork. They take a little longer than stock items because they are produced first.
