Questions

Frequently asked questions about our product information

What buyers ask us about material and labelling.

Where are the country of origin and the pieces per case stated?
In the properties of the item in the portal, next to material and size. Orders are placed in full cases, which is why the number of pieces per case is stated on the item.
Where does the information come from?
From the production specification, from the manufacturer's written information and from the sample we have had in our hands. If a packaging changes, we change text and photo on the item.
What does «natural-coloured» mean for an item?
It is a colour: a light beige, the way cotton or jute looks without dyeing.
Can I get a sample to check the material myself?
Yes. With the sample pack we include the items you want to compare, and where two wrappers are possible, both. Number of rooms and product groups are enough for the request.
