Dove Hotel Cosmetics
Dove hotel cosmetics come from the best-selling bath and shower brand in the world. For your property this means: a name your guests know from their own bathroom, in a refillable dispenser instead of twenty little bottles.
Why guests recognise Dove hotel cosmetics in the bathroom
Hotel cosmetics have two jobs: they must care for the skin, and they must trigger a feeling. A no-name bottle manages the first. A brand your guest has used at home for years manages both, without you having to explain what is inside.

Three formats, and the question of which one is still allowed in 2030
Dove supplies the same five products in several pack sizes. The choice decides not only the price per use but, since the EU Packaging Regulation, also whether you may still use the format after 2029.

The standard in the guest bathroom. Refillable pump dispenser, in both fragrance lines and all five products.

Branded goods are delivered unchanged. The bottle stays exactly as the manufacturer ships it: no hotel logo, no own label, no special colour, no special filling. That is not a shortcoming but the whole point, because only what looks like home is recognised. If your name is to appear on the bottle, the route is a private label →
The wall bracket for the 500 ml dispensers
The single bracket holds the bottle on the wall so it does not wander in the wet area. Its neck flap can be locked with a key, so the dispenser also stays where goods otherwise tend to disappear.
- MaterialWhite ABS, one bracket per bottle
- Pack48 units per carton
- Scope of deliveryBracket, key, screws, wall plugs, adhesive, sealant
- MountingScrewed, on smooth surfaces also glued
The manufacturer recommends screwing. Where drilling is not allowed, for instance in a freshly tiled bathroom, the bracket also holds on a smooth surface with adhesive tape and sealant.
Prefer stainless steel? The same bracket exists in a brushed stainless steel version, for properties that find the plastic bracket too plain for the bathroom. It is not part of the standard range; we request it for you on demand.
Hydrating Care and Cool Moisture
Both lines contain the same five products and are delivered in the same pack sizes. The difference lies in the fragrance and the impression, and in the feeling your property wants to create in the bathroom.
Hydrating Care
The classic, creamy and mild Dove fragrance. Warm, understated, as fitting for city and business hotels as for country hotels. This line is the standard if nothing speaks against it.

Cool Moisture
Fresh, with cucumber and green tea. The line feels lighter and cooler, the obvious choice for wellness and spa areas, pool showers and properties with a summer character.

All ten items are available as 500 ml dispensers and as 5-litre refill canisters. Fragrance lines can be mixed within one property, for example Hydrating Care in the rooms and Cool Moisture in the spa.
Dispensers instead of minis, the same conclusion twice
The switch from the single-use bottle to the refillable dispenser is usually justified with sustainability. That is correct, but it is the weaker of the two arguments. The stronger one is the arithmetic, and from 2030 the law.
Four pump strokes of 2 ml each. From the 25 ml mini the same guest uses around 25 ml, the rest is thrown away.
One 500 ml bottle replaces the daily new mini for around 30 nights, not even counting refilling.
Packaging is the biggest lever, not transport. Measured per single use of 8 ml.
From 1 January 2030 the decision is no longer a decision. The EU Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 prohibits in Article 25 in conjunction with Annex V number 5 single-use packaging for cosmetic, hygiene and toiletry products in the accommodation sector intended for a single booking. Shampoo bottles, lotion bottles and soap sachets are named explicitly.
Important, because it is often told wrongly: This number 5 is the only one in Annex V in which the word “plastic” does not appear. It applies regardless of material. Switching from film to a paper sachet or to PLA therefore does not solve the problem. What remains are refillable containers, dispensers and canisters.
For the 30 ml minis and the travel kit this means: as daily room equipment for a single booking they are no longer permitted from 2030. As retail items, conference gifts or take-away products they remain so. We would rather tell you now than in 2029.
What stands behind Dove hotel cosmetics
Whoever puts branded cosmetics in the room also takes on their supply chain. You can carry this evidence in your own sustainability report.
Palm oil
Sourcing according to the principles of the RSPO. Unilever states that since the end of 2023, 100 % of palm oil based raw materials are independently confirmed as deforestation-free.
NDPE
No deforestation, no draining of peatland, no exploitation, as a principle across the entire supply chain, with audits and risk assessments.
Packaging
Bottles designed with recyclability in mind: material marking, single-material bottles where possible, recycled content where available.
Cosmetics law
The products are notified under the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009; a responsible person is designated for the European market. We provide the safety data on request.
Origin
Produced in India, delivered to Europe through our warehouse. Origin and customs documents accompany every shipment.

Dove, Lux or TRESemmé: which line for which property
We carry three brand lines in the same pack sizes. They do not differ in technology, but in what your guest expects when reaching for the bottle.
Dove, this page
The broadest recognition of the three. Two fragrance lines, five products, plus minis and travel kit. The calm choice for properties with a mixed clientele.
Lux
The brand that sells through its fragrance, with the signature of a perfumer. Six products, including a hair and body wash that replaces two dispensers with one.
