Guest accessories: what stays in the room and what the guest takes along

What stays in the room, what goes with the guest
Guest accessories are two things: furnishings that last for years, and small items replaced at every arrival. Those who keep the two apart order in pieces where pieces are needed and in cases where cases are needed.
Reusable
Hangers, shoehorn, soap dish, tray, laundry and shoe bags. They stay in the room, are washed or wiped and counted in pieces per room, plus a reserve for the laundry.
Single-use
Swimming cap, shower cap, sleep mask, sewing kit, vanity kit, shoe shine sponge. Individually wrapped, used once, in cases of 1,000 to 5,000.
On loan
The umbrella with wooden handle and the hairdryer in its cotton bag: they belong to the house, go out of the door with the guest and come back.
Print and logo
The cotton bags carry «eco friendly» with the name of the bag, the Classic items are plain. The house's own logo is possible on request, the minimum quantity is stated on the item.
Material by name: Wood, beech, bamboo, cotton, jute and paper on the one side, polyester, EVA, plastic and film on the other. What an item is, is stated on it in the portal, as is the origin: most items from China, the hanger without bar and the plastic hanger from Germany, the slipper bag from India.

Wash and wipe: Cotton bags go with the laundry, jute is brushed, wood and bamboo are wiped damp. The cotton laundry bag of 120 g per square metre is the heavier one, the 70 g one the lighter; both have a drawstring.
Classic guest accessories: the single-use classics
The items asked for at reception since hotels have existed. Individually wrapped, plain, in large cases. Six tiles, the other items are in the table.

Named honestly: The Classic items are made of plastic, polyester, EVA and film, and that is what they are called. Those who want the single-use items in a paper sachet find them on the Green Amenities page.
Where in the room what lies
Four places where guest accessories are needed, and what housekeeping tops up at each of them.
Wardrobe
Six to eight hangers per room, two of them with clip bar for trousers, on a fixed rail with anti-theft ring. The 38 or 40 cm shoehorn hangs on the wardrobe door, the short one lies in the drawer.
Bathroom
Bamboo soap dish at the basin, bamboo tray for the sachets, hairdryer bag on the hook. Swimming cap and shower cap on the tray, hygiene bag discreetly beside them.
Bed and wardrobe
Laundry bag of cotton or paper in the wardrobe, shoe bag and slipper bag on the floor of the wardrobe, pillow and blanket bags on the top shelf for the second pillow.
Spa and pool
Wellness bag or jute bag for towel and slippers, swimming cap at the pool, kessa peeling glove and loofah in the changing room. Everything that may get wet.
Reserve: For reusable items the house counts per room plus a fifth for laundry and loss. Hangers rarely go missing when the rail is fixed and the ring closed; bags travel along, hence the house's print as a reminder.
Sizes, inner pack and pieces per case
The case is the unit for ordering and storage, the inner pack the one for the trolley. With hangers and trays the case is small, with single-use items large.
