Dispensers and refill canisters for the hotel bathroom
A guest opens three little bottles in one night and leaves two of them half full. The dispenser solves exactly that, namely 300 millilitres on the wall, refilled from the 5 litre canister, and nothing is left in the room for housekeeping to collect. Three lines are available. They differ in the care oil, in the fragrance and on the label, not in the system, and each one is also available in single portions on request.
One system, three handwritings
Choosing the dispenser is a decision about workflows, not about fragrance. You take it once, and from then on it is settled how refilling works, what sits on the trolley and what the guest finds in the bathroom. Which of the three lines runs inside it is the second question and the easier one, because packaging, bracket and resupply stay the same.

Argan, Dolce eVita, Oliv One
Each line carries the same two containers, the 300 ml dispenser with pump and the 5 litre canister for refilling. The difference lies in the variants and in the fragrance. Every tile leads into the portal, where price, carton content and live stock are shown.
Argan, the only one with body lotion
Liquid soap, hair and shower gel and body lotion, all three with argan oil, delicately fragranced, moisturising and caring for skin and hair. The third variant is the reason this line equips a bathroom completely, without single bottles coming back into the room just for the lotion. The label is coated paper with a soft touch finish.

Dolce eVita, two variants for the standard bathroom
Liquid soap and hair and shower gel, with olive oil and natural extracts, the shower gel with a guaraná fragrance note. The most requested variant of the line is the hair and shower gel, and that is precisely the point, because two variants cover what a guest actually uses in a standard night. Every further variant is one more position on the trolley.

Oliv One, olive oil and lime blossom
Liquid soap and hair and shower gel with Italian olive oil and a delicate lime blossom fragrance. The quietest of the three lines in appearance, the label is polypropylene and therefore insensitive to the humidity of a bathroom. Demand matches Argan, so choosing between the two is a question of fragrance, not of popularity.

What else exists, but not in the portal
The three lines are larger than what you can order above. Each one is also made as a single portion for the room, in a bottle, in a tube and as a soap bar, partly in variants the dispenser does not offer. We do not keep these items in stock and they are not in the shop, we have them produced on request. The reason they still appear here: formula and fragrance are the same as in the dispenser. A house working with single portions today changes the format later, not the handwriting of its bathroom.

Two things belong in the same breath: Single use packaging for cosmetics and hygiene may no longer be placed on the market in the accommodation sector from 1 January 2030, see the section further down. Until then they are a valid choice, after that they are not, and this applies to every material. And because they are produced for you, quantity and date decide price and lead time. Send us the number of rooms, the line and the variants, and you get both in writing.
What actually changes when you switch
The dispenser does not save on the product, it saves on everything around it. How much that is worth in your house depends on occupancy and room size, which is why you find the figures to do your own maths here, and no model calculation from somebody else's hotel.
Five litres divided by 300 millilitres. One canister serves a dispenser around sixteen times, two canisters on the shelf replace a stack of cartons.
Soap at the basin, shower gel in the shower. That is the basic set up. The third position, the body lotion, exists only in the Argan line.
What never enters the room does not have to be collected, sorted and disposed of. Housekeeping notices it first, the waste bin second.
The deadline that forces the decision anyway: From 1 January 2030, single use packaging for cosmetic, hygiene and toiletry products may no longer be placed on the market in the accommodation sector in the EU. This is set out in the Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40, Article 25 with Annex V number 5, and it applies regardless of material, so paper and bio based plastics are covered too. Dispensers and refill containers are not affected. Switching now means the change is behind you before it becomes a deadline.
Four steps on the floor round
A dispenser system stands or falls with the round that refills it. You can take these four steps straight into your cleaning schedule.
Check the level, do not guess
The bottle is translucent, one look is enough. Below a quarter it gets changed, not when the pump starts drawing air.
Empty first, then refill
Do not top up the remainder, empty the bottle, rinse it and let it dry. Two sets of bottles in rotation do this without waiting time.
Check the pump
The most common failure is not an empty bottle but a clogged pump. One press during the room check is enough as a test.
Wipe the bracket too
Stainless steel stays clean if it is wiped dry. A guest notices limescale on the bracket earlier than the fill level.

The single bracket in stainless steel holds every 300 ml dispenser of the three lines. Dimensions around 43.5 millimetres wide and 190 millimetres high, screws and adhesive tape are included, mounting works with or without drilling. It is the same bracket in three carton sizes, so you do not buy more than you mount.
