what a guest really uses in the bathroom
A guest opens three little bottles in one night and leaves two of them half full. The dispenser solves exactly that. This guide compares both ways without a price list, but with the figures that decide the cost per guest: consumption per application, packaging, handling in housekeeping, and the date from which the question is no longer one.

What a guest costs is not on the label. It is in the quantity they actually use, in what lies in the bin afterwards, and in the time housekeeping needs per room.

Why the dispenser is cheaper per guest, without a figure being named
A price list would tell you nothing for your property, because quantity, destination country and delivery terms decide the price. What can be said without a price list is the structure of the costs, and that is fundamentally different on both ways.
The product: three times as much per application
From the pump dispenser come around 8 millilitres per shower, four strokes of 2 millilitres each. With the miniature around 25 millilitres go into the room, and because the guest does not empty the little bottle, the rest goes into the bin. The house has paid for the full quantity. With the dispenser it pays for what is used, because the bottle stays in the bathroom and is refilled. Over a year and over all rooms that is the largest item, ahead of the packaging.
The packaging: one container instead of many
A canister of five litres fills a 300 ml dispenser around sixteen times and a 500 ml dispenser ten times. The same five litres would be one hundred and sixty little bottles of thirty millilitres each. What does not go into the room does not have to be collected, sorted and disposed of, and housekeeping notices that first and the bin second.
The work: one look instead of four moves
Miniatures are laid out per room, opened ones collected, empties sorted. The dispenser is looked at during the room check, the bottle is translucent, and below a quarter it gets changed. On the floor round two canisters then lie on the trolley instead of cartons full of single bottles. How much time that saves per room depends on your procedures, but it is time that comes up every day.
What the guest notices
In the best case nothing, except that the dispenser is full. With brand goods they know the bottle from their own bathroom and place it before pressing it. With an own line they see a label that suits the house. A dispenser cannot be left behind half used and cannot be taken along by mistake, and in the twentieth week it still looks like in the first, as long as it is cleaned. The wall bracket makes sure the bottle does not wander in the wet area.
The date that forces the decision anyway: From 1 January 2030 single-use packaging for cosmetic, hygiene and toiletry products may no longer be placed on the market in the accommodation sector in the EU, Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40, Article 25 with Annex V number 5, regardless of material. Dispensers and refill containers are not affected.
Where miniatures still make sense, and where not
The dispenser replaces the miniature in the room. It does not replace it everywhere.
In the room: dispenser
Soap at the basin, shower gel in the shower, that is the basic equipment. The third position, the body lotion, exists in the own lines in the Argan line, in the brand goods in all three brands. Every further variant is one more position on the trolley, and two variants cover what a guest actually uses in a standard night.
Sale, conference, take-away: miniature
As a sales item at reception, as a conference gift or as a take-away product, minis and travel kits remain permitted after 2030 too, because they are not intended for a single booking in the room. Whoever works with single portions today and switches later changes the format with the own lines, not the handwriting of the bathroom, because formula and scent are the same as in the dispenser.
Two container sizes, one principle
The own lines carry the 300 ml dispenser with pump and the 5 litre canister, the brand goods the 500 ml dispenser and the same canister. The smaller one fits into small bathrooms and is refilled more often, the larger one lasts around 30 nights. Both are held on the wall: the stainless steel bracket for the 300 ml bottle, the lockable ABS bracket for the brand bottle.
